Education and Certification
Dr. Patel received his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, graduating summa cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles and his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

He is double-board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He has been a speaker at numerous international conferences to address the potential treatment avenues for women affected by PCOS-related infertility.

He is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society.
