Male Factor Infertility Support

WIN Solutions

Care, Education and oversight from start to finish.

From comprehensive fertility benefit management, including medical and pharmacy, to genetic testing, egg freezing, surrogacy, adoption and reproductive behavioral health support, WINFertility offers a suite of inclusive family-building solutions to help your employees and members build the family of their dreams.

While 10 percent of couples in the U.S. are defined as infertile, 40 to 50 percent of all infertility cases are due wholly or in-part to male factor infertility. Both partners should be tested for fertility issues, and male fertility testing can be the first step in building a family.

Infertility testing for men is a less invasive process, and includes testing of sperm volume, count, motility, concentration and structure. WIN for HIM, our clinical advocacy program specifically tailored to men on their family-building journey, includes an at-home semen analysis kit, powered by Dadi, along with education and support. Patients using WIN for HIM will have access to a WIN Nurse Care Manager to review kit results and discuss potential treatments. In addition, all WIN for HIM patients will have access to WIN’s reproductive behavioral health team as well as access to our network of highly credentialed fertility specialists for treatment, if needed.

The semen analysis kit powered by Dadi is discreetly delivered in the comfort of a patient’s home, with a unique preservative and 2-factor authentication to ensure secure delivery and free overnight shipping to the lab for testing. Once received by the lab, the patient’s personalized fertility report with analysis of sperm volume, count, shape and concentration will be available within 24 hours. A certified lab technician evaluates the sample, comparing the data to the World Health Organization.

Patients will have individual consultations with a WIN Nurse Care Manager to explain semen analysis results, discuss potential medical procedures and medications, and answer any questions, with continued guidance 24/7 throughout the continuum of care. Our Behavioral Health trained Care Managers will also be available for individual or couples consultations for emotional support and to discuss grief and stress related to infertility and marriage and relationship challenges throughout the family-building journey.

Sperm deposits are securely cryogenically stored until you’re ready to use it at the Dadi Cryogenic Lab Facility in Massachusetts. Each kit includes 1 year of free storage, with the option to renew.
