In addition to a customer service representative, available to explain the benefit details offered by the employer or health plan or to discuss WIN’s Treatment Bundles, WINFertility provides qualified Nurse Care Managers. Our Nurses become the patient’s personal advocate. Each WIN nurse has a minimum of 5 years clinical experience. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to navigate your employees and members through every step of their fertility journey, ensuring the highest clinical standards are met throughout the continuum of care.
WIN will help patients better understand your options to maximize their dollars and choose the best course of treatment. WINFertility provides families access to WIN’s Nurse Care Managers who become personal advocates to help guide and support patients through the emotional challenges while on their family-building journey.
Nurse Care Managers that navigate patients through a complex space, providing clinical oversight, emotional support and education throughout the process. Through the WIN program patients will receive:

- Assistance with provider selection
- Guidance in understanding your benefits
- Education about infertility medications, usage, storage and side effects
