THE AVIATRIX PROJECT
Supporting Naval Aviators, Airmen, and Guardians to navigate family-building.
The AVIATRIX Project, launched in 2021, is a collaboration between WINFertility and the Military Family-Building Coalition. The AVIATRIX Project addresses the unique challenges that active-duty military members face when trying to start a family, including deployments, training, and operational demands. This program expands upon TRICare’s current offerings through enhanced family-building services, comparable to those available in the private sector, to help military members align career and family goals.
For over 25 years, WINFertility has helped more than 150,000 families by providing access to the nation’s leading doctors, technology, and support to achieve higher pregnancy rates. Through the AVIATRIX Project, WINFertility is proud to deliver the same high-quality family-building solutions to active-duty service members in the Command Naval Air Forces and the Department of the Air and Space Force. Led by WIN’s experienced Nurse Care Managers, members of the AVIATRIX project receive expert guidance in navigating the entire family-building journey, including clinical advocacy, personalized education, and one-on-one behavioral wellness support.
